Off The Grid Home in Hawaii

Custom-designed and built primarily from wood and bamboo, Kristie Wolfe‘s Hawaiian treehouse costed $23,000 and took only two months to build.

This tiny gem in the middle of the tropical jungle is a perfect example of green design and clever architecture. If you always dreamt of living off-grid this might be the blueprint for you future life. But if you still prefer the concrete jungle to the real one, you can just book it for a short retreat.
